As kids were taught to get back on when we fell off a bike, or try different foods and DON’T trust a stranger. We often limit the opportunities to explore by allowing the fear of the unknown, “don’t trust” to get in our way. The conversation we have with ourselves when something looks different by placing questionable doubt about the choice to experience something or someone new. The voice saying, “no you can’t” the heart saying, “yes, I can”. Listen to your heart, step out of the “comfort zone” take a risk.
